How many popups can I create?
Unlimited, in Free and in Pro. There is no cap on popups, forms, views or impressions.
Does it work with caching plugins and CDNs?
Yes. Frequency, page and store rules run in the visitor's browser, and anything that varies per visitor (role, country, cart) is resolved over an uncached call. A cached page is never wrong for the next visitor.
Are there ready-made templates?
Yes. Open Wing Popup → Popups and click Popup Library. Every preset is a complete popup with copy, image, trigger, frequency rule and styles. It is inserted switched off so you can edit it first. Eight presets are Gutenberg designs you can also edit under Templates.
Can I use the forms without a popup?
Yes. Every form built under Wing Popup → Forms works anywhere: paste the [wing-popup-form id="…"] shortcode into any editor, or add the Wing Popup Form block in Gutenberg.
Why does a popup not show again after I close it?
The Frequency & Suppression rules under Display Options remember views and dismissals in the visitor's browser. Set the mode to "Always" while testing, or open a private window.
Is it compatible with page builders?
Yes. Template popups can be designed in Gutenberg or Elementor, forms and popups work with any theme, and click triggers open a popup from any button a builder makes.
What happens to my popups if I deactivate Pro?
Every setting stays intact. Popups that need a Pro type or trigger are simply skipped, and the admin shows which ones, so nothing renders half-broken.
What exactly does Pro add?
